We’re kicking off our self-guided Wellness Tours with a day of mindfulness and meditation. This day of wellness will include a healing sound bath, a relaxing atmosphere to experience the self-guided tours, and more well-being activities. Noriko Kojima will play Tibetan singing bowls and gongs during the event and meditation. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or blanket to participate in the soothing 30-min meditations at 2 PM and 3 PM.
Visitors of all ages are welcome to participate. All activities are included with general admission. No reservations required.
