Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, beginning at 6:30 pm, as you socialize with friends before the program begins at 7 pm. The museum and store are open until 9 pm. Seating at events varies and is limited to ensure the safety of visitors and the museum’s collection.
Daniel Harris III is a dynamic trumpeter, composer, and educator from Stockton, celebrated for his artistry and community activism. As the founder of KnowMedium, an independent label fostering multi-disciplinary art and community-focused events, he has made a significant impact on the arts. Starting his professional music career at fifteen, Daniel has performed alongside legends like Stevie Wonder and Terrace Martin and graced prestigious stages including Carnegie Hall and The Kennedy Center. A recipient of the Woody Herman Jazz Award and the inaugural California Alliance for Jazz Black Lives Matter Scholarship, he also leads The Daniel Harris Quintet and his latest project, PUREHUMANE.
